My name is Francesca and I am a yoga teacher and life coach based in Berlin.
I’m passionate about mental and physical health and alternative ways to pursue a healthy lifestyle. My yoga classes are a special blend of different styles, from the traditional elements of Yoga, to the Western avant-garde movements for healing the body.
After graduating with a BA in Work and Social Psychology I moved to Berlin from Italy, where I worked at several companies as Team Leader and Motivator for International Teams.
During my years in Berlin, yoga came into my life and changed everything.
I spent the first 3 years of my yoga career travelling around the world, teaching yoga and working with some of the most talented teachers in the field.
I started my career in Denmark, Copenhagen, working side by side with the studio owner of Hot Yoga Denmark for several years, a special working relationship which continues to this day.
During my time in Copenhagen, I worked as a private yoga teacher for the company SAP. I led a special program for them, tailored to stress relief and postural issues, related to the long hours spent at the office desk.
I've been a guest teacher in several studios over the years. A special mention goes to the beautiful and strong relationship I built with one of the most rewarded studios in Sweden, Hot Yoga Karlskrona. There is an amazing community that keeps growing, regardless of the difficulties we have faced due to the Covid emergency.
In 2018, I was invited to teach in the US by the teaching school Evolation Yoga, that now specializes in online teacher training. While teaching there, I was also support staff for the 200 hours yoga teacher training program.
Fast forward to 2020, I decided to move back to Berlin where I'm a resident teacher in Mahalaya - Berlin Hot Yoga, House of Healing Berlin and Bikram Mitte.
My biggest goal in my career is to make yoga accessible, creating a space for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease within their body and mind.
In my classes you will never feel lost, wondering around, looking for cues, because there is no right or wrong.
In my classes, my students are the superstars, and yoga is their tool for coming back to themselves.
